Job Description:

  • Responsible for maintaining law and order and ensures safe and crime free environment within the Hotel and its premises.
  • Safeguard customers, employees, and assets of the Hotel against fire and other hazard by implementing all applicable security methods and procedures and ensuring the compliance of all concerned.
  • Generate plans on creating and preserving environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
  • Ensure that security programs/procedures are in place in order to address most expected circumstances in the event of an emergency.
  • Organize and oversee security operations of the hotel.
  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures to maintain security standards.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of four (4) year course preferably with a degree of BS Criminology and must be a Certified Security Professional
  • With at least five (5) years working experience in the related field is required, have worked in multinational companies and very much exposed to security and public relations
  • Excellent surveillance and emergency response skills
  • Strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety
  • Knowledge in Hospitality Standards and Hotel Operations Knowledge

Job Description:

  • Oversee an accounts payable team, direct the processing of invoices and payments, and manage expense accounts and budget reports.
  • Oversee reports regarding cash flow; ensures correct payments are made in a timely manner.
  • Develop guidelines for proper handling and coding of invoices to maintain general ledger expense account and inventory records.
  • Analyze expense reports and other invoices for accuracy and eligibility for payment.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or any related courses; with at least two (2) years of working experience preferably in the Hotel Industry
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Thorough understanding of accounts payable functions

Job Description:

  • Provide guest services in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines set by Belmont Hotel Boracay. 
  • In-charge of ensuring the smooth operations of all hotel services and acts as liaison between Management and guests in ensuring guest’s safety, security and satisfaction.
  • Conduct property rounds and ensures cleanliness and maintenance of hotel facilities, reception area and public areas.
  • Monitor Guest Satisfaction Reports and implement actions to improve results.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience with Front Office or Operations Management or similar role
  • Must have solid background in Front Office operations and Hotel PMS
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with guests & employees at all levels

  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

  • Responsible for overseeing kitchen staff and ensuring the quality of food items. 
  • Complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure kitchen runs optimally and patrons’ meals are satisfactory. 
  • Responsible in managing and leading the entire culinary team in producing the finest culinary experiences, and control all aspects of the kitchen.
  • Hire and train staff to cook dishes, expedite orders to maintain a steady flow of dishes and creating dishes to add to the menu. 
  • Manage the kitchen team to produce consistently high-quality food production and presentation in his outlet and the hotel, always meeting agreed standards.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in the Culinary Arts
  • With at least five (5) years’ experience in a similar position
  • Budgeting skills to control costs
  • Incredible food preparation abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends
  • Incredible time management skills
