Job Description:
- Provide guest services in accordance with the policies, standards and guidelines set by Belmont Hotel Boracay.
- In-charge of ensuring the smooth operations of all hotel services and acts as liaison between Management and guests in ensuring guest’s safety, security and satisfaction.
- Conduct property rounds and ensures cleanliness and maintenance of hotel facilities, reception area and public areas.
- Monitor Guest Satisfaction Reports and implement actions to improve results.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years work experience with Front Office or Operations Management or similar role
- Must have solid background in Front Office operations and Hotel PMS
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with guests & employees at all levels
- Excellent communication skills, knowledge of a second foreign language an advantage
